Fei Dai is a professor, chief physician, doctor of medicine, doctoral supervisor of Department of Gastroenterology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University. She is the deputy head of the Gastrointestinal Motility Group of Gastroenterology Society of Chinese Medical Association, standing committee member of Gastroenterology Society of Chinese Women Medical Doctor Association, vice chairman of Neurogastroenterology Council of Chinese Research Hospital Association, committee member of Functional Gastrointestinal Disease Group and Psychosomatic Medicine Group of Gastroenterology Society of Chinese Medical Association, Chairmen of Shaanxi Digestive Psychic Association, vice Chairmen of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Society of Shaanxi Medical Doctor Association.
Her main research areas are the pathogenesis, diagnosis and management of functional gastrointestinal disorders. Prof. Dai did postdoctoral research in United States for more than 2 years. She established international cooperation and exchange with University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She presided nearly 10 national and provincial foundation projects. She received Young Investigator Awardee by International Eletrogastrography Society. She was honored by Medical School of Xi’an Jiaotong University with the Distinguished Mentor Award and Prominent Physician Award.
